It looks like SSDs are off to a good start this year, our friends at TCMagazine report: "Samsung makes multi-level cell-based 128GB SATA II SSDs".
It may not have reached a capacity of 832GB but Samsung has managed to utilize multi-level cell NAND flash chips for its upcoming 128GB 1.8 and 2.5-inch solid state drives (SSDs).
