The access layer is missing please re-install and try again. Start...all programs...vso...drivers...check if the drivers don't show being installed then start...all programs...vso...drivers...install and then check again. if they are their restart before trying to run the application.

I found this error today after looking at this thread, tried to reinstall etc still keep getting error in iso creation mode. Re installed previous version of the software v3.0.41.75 works ok. Strange to find that Access Layer was not connected in both versions installed, however the older version works ok. Sent log files off to VSO support team will keep you informed.

Good news everybody, just had an email from VSO Support team and they are aware of the iso problem in this version. Will correct problem in next release. Good work VSO Support for the quick responce in this matter. Once again it shows good support to the end users of their software. Can't wait for the next release, just hope that no other gremlins appear in the next fixed version. Ecky
