| Thanks for the reply, and sorry about the lack of info... CopytoDVD v-3.0.39.70 CopytoDVD Manager v-3.0.39.121 PC-AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.80 GHz 256 mb ram Windows XP pro Pioneer DVR-108 Toshiba SD-M1912 I purchased the 1clickDVDcopy and received a bonus of CopytoDVD. It works fine with 1click, but by itself I get that error message. I hope this info is what you need, Thanks |

| The version you received with 1Click is the version that is made to go with 1click. It is different from the stand alone you would purchase directly from VSO. You could check with 1Click make sure you have the updated version. |
