I have a movie here but when I put it in the computer the DVD43 guy does not see it. I went to my computer and looked in the drive and it says to put a disk in there. Does anyone know what the problem is?

What DVD can DVD43 not see? Is it an original or a copy. You must understand we can only help with legitimate backups of your own movies.

It is the movie hero I just bought it at Walmart and wanted to make a copy for my sister to see.
