Just succeeded in capturing my old VHS-C videotapes using firewire via my DV-camcorder with analog in/out. It was so simple, and it solved all my frustrations trying to syncronize audio/video using the composite input on my *** PCTV-card Things look great on my PC, whatever application I use to playback the MPEG recording. However, my home DVD player have a hard time with these recordings.. Framedrops and again problem with audio/video sync. Any suggestions ?
