I downloaded 3.0.23b 2 days ago. I was able to burn a DVD with the trial version with no problem. I requested a upgrade license key and received it. I am using Verbatim DVD-Rs 4x. I have a HP 300n DVD writer and I just confirmed that I am running the latest firmware, 3.20. Help!!!!
