Shocked i can't make it work...Sad i keep getting this error after it has successfully copied a dvd and i put in the writable media i have a dvdr/w thingie.. so that isn't the problem the comp is new

HI me and welcome to the forum http://www.cdr-zone.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=911 shows details on how to contact VSO with your problem. Can you please tell us what version of CopyToDVD you are using and the exact process that leads to this error message it will help us alot in our quest to fix your problem

HI...Very Happy i am using the newest version copying the dvd-r then inserting the writeable media a maxwell dvd r then an error report pops up with the following info time: 18:27:06 type:error error during media structure construction: index of of bounds
