Right click Shell Intergration with Version 4.0.3 on VISTA

I love copy to DVD it ran extremely well on XP. Well I made the premature jump to Windows VISTA, and like alot of my favourite programs Copy to DVD as seems very unstable. The right click shell intergration fails miserably, where it worked great on XP.

After further investigation I cannot burn a DVD RW period. Wheter in Shell or drag n drop. My system just hangs after or trying to reformat the DVD RW. Claims media is not present. Never had this issue with XP. And no I dont want to roll back to XP.

Anyone else have this issue.

I have tested as well on vista. Right click shell does not work (now referenced as bug # 654). But the right click burn with CopyToDVD does.

I just burnt onto (with vista) a DVD RW with copytodvd version 4.0.3 and I did not have a problem at all. Anyone else want to share?

I just burned a Dual Layer DVD and a normal DVD. No problems.

However, I'm having issues burning an audio CD. It comes out choppy.

JEmlay, you are using VISTA, right?

This is a known error at least in the preview I know the sound it all choppy, I never burnt a audio CD with vista, I dont know if it is choppy or not. I can pass you a beta version this afternoon I think if you would like to test it and report back.

but perhaps it is a burning problem you have that is something else. . . . can you post the log file?
