Cool I d/l'd a vob torrent file that I burned and couldn't play on my DVD player. I discovered it was a PAL formatted movie. Is there a good converter prgm to convert PAL vob files to another NTSC format files, without sacrificing quality?

xilisoft is a good choice for you to convert the format.It has high speed and quality,easy to use and cheap .

Hey, bluesky, you mean xilisoft dvd creator? Indeed, it can import any vob files. And when selecting the video format of DVD you want to create in preferences, you just need to select NTSC, xilisoft dvd creator can automatically convert the file format and burn the vob files to DVD. I promise you can play this DVD successfully.
