I'm running XP and using DVD Express to convert old home movie vhs to dvd format. The bumper of it all was it was working fine through about 20 vhs tapes. With the use of CapWiz that came with the device, and then using DVD Santa to convert the mpeg to dvd. Out of the blue it stopped giving me audio on the dvd's. It works great on the computer (also tried two different computers), sound, video quality was great. Even on a portable dvd player it works. But to drop the dvd in a seperate dvd player (again used two different dvd's and two seperate tv's) no sound. I'm at wits end. Shocked Uninstalled software, cleaned reg, re-installed everything. Same deal! No sound. If there is something I'm missing in telling you, please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Very Happy
