So if I was to transfer the domain to StreamLine.net for example after 60 days would I only have to pay their fees or Melbourne ITs as well?


As for your own software:

If you choose to return to using the Office Live Web Designer, all of the Web pages you have created using third-party software will be deleted from your Web site and you will need to recreate them using the Office Live Web Designer. Four basic page templates will be available to you in Page Manager.
