Hi, I am a newbie, just had a cello for christmas from my daughter, a real pain in the butt setting it up, had a number of problems with play and record like most other people. will only record to a brand new disk.NOT ONE THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY USED. will not play home recorded disks from my pc, will not alway play back its own recordings. and does anyone know what the hell the P/I button stands for, I have had to use that like most others. can anyone help with another problems as I cannot get through to the helpline. keeps switching the picture from fullscreen to letterbox. All In All would not recommed this machine to anyone
