It's kind of hard to fix a problem if it's not known as to what your using as far as version and firmware updates goes. We try to reproduce every problem submitted sometime it can be done and sometimes it can't, if it can the problem is fixed alot easier, if not well it takes awhile to get it fixed. Alot of the problem you describe are created by media, it's not VSO who recommends the media you use it is the drive manufacturer, and thats the first thing they ask is media, if your not using the recommended media, thats the only help they will give you. VSO tries to ensure that most media will work but ultimately your drive has to like the media you are using. Some software maybe more fault tolerant. |
