I want to burn 2 cue / bin files to DVD, how do I do that? My files are listed as numbers 1 & 2, and obviously run concurrently. I am using Alcohol 120% version 1.9.2 build 1705. I've been informed that Alcohol 120% cannot burn multiple files ... is there any other alternative program that would do the job? Thanks, Piet PS. I am very new to this!!! (It's my first attempt with this program).

Hi PCeanadach I take it these bin/cue files being concurrent, means we are dealing with SVCD video? Do you want to burn SVCD to DVD?

Ok heres my personal favourite way of doing it. 1.Extract the mpegs from the cue file: goto [u[VCD Gear[/u] Download, install and open. Choose the cue/bin>>>Mpeg option, load up the first cue/bin file and dont choose any other options. Click start and extract. Repeat for all cue/bin files. Now downlaod DivXToDVD ( yes it says divx but it does svcd too ). Now click on load and load the file mpeg, then load the second one ( you can't load them both at same time for some reason else it messes up in my experience, you have to manualy load 1 then 2 etc )Leave the options automatic and press encode Let us know how u get on

Quality is first class. Thanks for all your help, Piet

Hi Jinky and welocme to our forums VCD Gear only works for video files inside cue/bin files. If you only have a bin file then u wil need to chosoe the bin>>mpeg option. It should pick up the contents without any issues if all is ok. if it still doesnt work could you please post a scrennshot as an attatchment in your reply for me to look at? Cheers!

Hi all: I'm new to this site. Recently I downloaded a movie which came in 2 parts, both of them having a .cue and a .bin file, so we are talking of 4 files in total (cd1 / 2 files) and (cd2 / 2 files). 1). I had tried to convert the files using the method explained above but I'm a little bit confused because when I tried to convert with VCD Gear v3.56, it only permits to convert the .cue file only, not both at the same time, even when I'm using the cue/bin --> mpeg option. 2). Do I have to convert both of them (bin & cue) separetly or I have to convert both at the same time. 3). When I tried to convert them separately, the .cue file convertion its ok but when tried to convert the .bin file it just keep searching.... Please help me!!! Laughing

Hi boricua and welcome to our forums Some users have found the latest release has issues with some files. Have you tried an older, non beta version of VCD gear?
