hi people. im trying to get some good advice as to how i might convert a standard dvb-t captured bbc mpeg2 .ts of dr who (in two parts) that are currently showing an average rate of 4.5Mbps (DGIndex.exe)http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/dgmpgdec.html. i want it down to a rate my old laptop can handle, currently any captured .ts at 2Mbit or below seems ok so need a quick and preferably easy one click app or shell/cli bat file that will allow a simple copy/convert of one or more .ts in a batch list, anyone got some advice as to how i might do that and preferably keep the mpeg/ac3 audio as is ?, all app/scripts/comands pointer welcome.
