Have successfully burned about 15 DVD's using your software but have recently ran into some problems. Have been getting two types of errors when trying to burn: Unable to start the write process – finalization skipped to preserve media. WriteSector failed at sector 16 (16) – Code 00 28 00 [No sense information] Those are the errors I'm getting and don't know what to do. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition. I use Sony DVD+R's as my media and everything I've checked seems to be working properly. Processor: P4 1.7Ghz Memory: 512ram Writer: Lite-On DVDRW LDW-411S CopyToDVD version: 3.0.10.26 Windows Version: XP Home Edition Other recording application: Musicmatch for cd's but no other DVD recording. So that's about it if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Rogue

This error is commonly associated with bad media. You may have gotten some.

Try Maxell or Fuji, just something different. I've had 62 out a spindle of 100 be bad before, it's not uncommon.
