hi, i'm new to all this and i just tried to burn my first dvd. it went through theprocess of converting the file, then it was automatically going to burn. i got a message with in a minute of the burn process starting. can someone tell me what this error message means, is there some kind of software i'm missing? <Write error at 0 (32) - Code 04 09 02 [HW error, Focus servo failure]> Somebody please help

o kay i have tried several times and the last 3 times i've tried to burn, it tells me that the burner is dirty. I bought a lense cleaner for dvd, and i have cleaned several times yet it still tells me the burner is dirty, how do i fix this? any solutions, other than ripping out the dvd burner and jumping on it?
