No pain, we want to fix it, Deborah is not our official vso support, she works for the people that do the payment things. If the key you received does not work, then just follow those instructions you've already seen and it will be taken care of, we have run into some keys not being generated properly and are still working on it, right now the priority is to get the people that have purchased a registration key to an up and running status, just do as asked on the main vso website and everything will get fixed.

Hi, Happy to report - I was sent a new key.zip file - unzipped it and followed directions and everything appears to be working beautifully. The new version 3 is a great looking package and if it works as well as the version 2.... demo I had, I will be well pleased. Thanks for all the assistance. Bob Sage
