Hi I use dvd shrink to encode movie, shrinks perfectly,but when copytodvd starts to burn at 15 minutes it starts to increase time and doesn't burn. It continues for hours. First time it occurs in about 1 year and half.

Hi there, Do you have Shrink start burning automaticly, or do you burn your DVD manually, and you select the burn speed etc ? Without a full log file, it's hard to see what's going on. Can you provide us a logfile, there's lots of information in there ! Thank you,

Hi there, I'm a little confused about this log. I'm just a user, not a VSO employee, so maybe there's stuff they know that I don't but here goes:

Is this CopyToDVD software bundled with an other application ? Or you installed v2.2.2.174 at some point ? Reason I ask, the latest CopyToDVD is v3.1.1, you are way outdated. If you purchased CopyToDVD in the past, you might be in title to a free upgrade, or form a small fee...

I think your version of CopyToDVD is to old, I'm not even seeing things I was expecting. We should see what version of Patin Couffin is used, what DVD Media you are using, and DVD burner you have. You do have a DVD burner right ? Not just a "CD" burner ! I just think your CopyToDVD is just too outdated. I will ask VSO is this v2.2.2 ever existed, or was bundle with an other application.

hi my burner is 8x. I tried the new version of copytodvd, but same problem occured I doubt that its my version it was working perfectly. I've been backing up for a while with this version, but thanks.
