| Can anyone on this forum tell me what format or what file you rec'd when you registered/bought this program. So far support has not been helpful telling me that email sometimes doesn't allow the attachment file to pass thru and to try using direct link they provide. Unfortunately that doesn't help either. All I get in either case is the same zipped registry file with machine/hex code (nothing usable) Would appreciate any help from those of you have successfully registered/bought and installed the unlock code. |

When you get the code, it shouldn't come thru as an attachment in any other format other than a zip file, you need to make another folder and unzip the registration file to that folder and then just right click on the entry and merge thats all it should take.
