Dimad, Whenever someone is repeatedly crashing DRM (apfraats is a current example), system corruption can add to the confusion. System reboots are safe and will fix most crash damage, but getting a fresh start with the registry and/or DRM state files is more difficult. Would it be possible to provide a small program that properly clears the DimadSoft registry and deletes any state files used by DRM? A user could then run “DRMclean.exe” (or whatever) and reboot to have some assurance of a clean system when diagnosing problems. Paul
