According to the agreement, under sec 'Grant of license', second paragraph, first sentense, it reads, quote "You will receive an access to download area of licensor site and will be able to download software when you need to." However, as a new purchaser who would like to right now use the software on my desktop and then later today use the software on my laptop this is not possible as I can not simply move the executable/install. Nor can I download a version that will work on the laptop as in direct violation of the agreed upon contract terms of licensing the software from Dimad, I am unable to obtain a license that will work on my latptop for at aleast 48 hours. Perhaps the 48 hour restriction should be removed when you do not have any stored IDs such as in the case of a new purchase or new upgrade. As of right now Dimad Soft has violated the terms under which license for the software was purchased. Not a good way to build a trusting relationship with your customers.

Thank you. Such quick response to an issue is nice to see. I appreciate your attentiveness to this matter and look forward to doing more business with you in the future. EDIT - just to let the folks in on the loop Dimad reset my counter so that I could get my laptop in use today as well. This was done in an extremely timely fashion and shows good dedication to customer satisfaction. I am very happy with the customer support I have received in this matter. Even more so since I probably started off on the wrong foot by having been negative in my attitude. Thank you again Dimad.
