| Does anyone know of any software that will create a dvd style menu for avi files without having to convert to vcd or vob format. I would just like to be able to have an on screen menu on burnt dvds that will start the avi file playing when clicked on in the same way as on a vob style dvd. So far all the software I've tried converts the files before creating a menu. |

Let me see if I understand what you are asking for. You want a menu for playing on a computer and not on a standalone DVD player. Download the following Software: MediaCD | Code: | | http://www.botproductions.com/mediacd/ |
If on the other hand you want it to play on a DVD Player hooked up to your TV then go buy a Phillips 642 Player as it will play AVI files infact it will play just about every file out there. |
