I used the demo on this software copytodvd it worked great!! I purchased it followed the steps to install the software with the number I keep on getting the same error error code 3 I have wasted 9 blank DVD's!! on the burned side of the DVD there is a small circular line please help!!

During the time you were using the demo did you use those same DVDs (media)? My guess is that the media you are now using is bad and that is your problem, try another and see what happens. Either the media is not compatible with your writer or it is simply bad/cheap media. Claire
