My liteon SOHW - 1653S will burn all discs except -R's (does -RW's OK too). Have tried two different makes of disc, got different errors for each make. Have latest firmware, checked driver, etc. Checked compatibility, supposed to support all the types of media. Can anyone advise? Or has anyone had this problem too? What was the outcome?

it's common, you need to find the good media brand for your burner, OR .. you have an application who hooks the media
