Help! Error message code 05 21 02

I've been using this program for over a month and I haven't had any problems with it until a couple of days ago. When I try to burn I get this error message: Write error 2285808 (16) Code 05 21 02 Illegal request, invalid address for write. Help?

Hi mayomi18 and welcome to our forums. Have you changed your brand of media lately or installed anything since you last had a successful write? Could you please post your CopyToDVD log for us to check?

I haven't installed anything lately although I did recently change the brand of DVDs that I use. I should probably mention that I don't get the error message ALL the time, I had a couple of sucessful burns yesterday but more often than not, I get the error message. In My experience 6/10/2005 9:39:51 PM warning Write error - Code 03 0C 00 [Write error] - Info 0 - CSI 0 is normally bad media related though it can be attributed to poor system state sometimes. What brand of media is this? and can u burn say 4gb to the disc but not 4.2 or above witohut issues?
