I am having trouble burning my DVD's. I am now getting error message 41472 (16) code 04 3E 02. Same problem here but only sometimes. I restart the program and then I'm able to write. Sometimes the software doesn't finalize correctly and doesnt eject the drive. This happen all the time with 3.0.49...finalize problem got fixed in 3.0.50...now I have 3.0.51 and seems to work perfectly fine half of the time.

are you using an add-in or onboard ata controller? is it compatible with opticle drives. quite a few aren't.

I have no idea. sony 710 is a pain in the neck, ... you don't seem to have the latest firmware for it. and I suggest to contact us directly by email to let us send you some special material.
