Create a Password Menu / Parental Control for VideoDVD?

I need to do a video DVD project in my course that request for a restricted access to play the video content (both DVD player device and Computer DVD-Player Application". I'm thinking of maybe there are anyway to create a "Authentication Menu" for user to key in password or by using the "Parental Control" for this restriction. I'm a EncoreDVD user but a the mean time still can't find anyway to get this issue solved, can anyone advice me on this?

Thanks MackemX for the warm welcome. Thanks for the suggestion by using the 'menu-path' method. I have one doubt here that if the user is using PC DVD-player application, can he just open the DVD-contain folder and direct open the end-video-content file (if we using this method suggested)? Please advice...
