| Hello. I'm getting no where trying to copy one of my DVD movies. My burner is a Sony DRU 500A. My burning software is DVD X Copy Platinum. The ripping software I used is 321 Rip. The ripper saved the movie to C:\Biloxi_Blues\Video_TS. When I open DVD X Copy Platinum and select Advanced, the program says Insert a DVD Movie or Click Browse to Select Files Already On Your Hard Drive. The Browse button is greyed out so I cannot access the movie copy on my hard drive. What am I doing wrong? Can anybody help? |

| Hmmm, What about uninstalling and restalling the software? or trick the software, first insert a dvd select it, then take the dvd out and see if the browse button becomes "ungrey" this has happened to me, and it was because I had not clicked all the correct options that corresponded to my needs, it took me a couple of minutes staring at the screen to get it. Maybe your problem is more complicated than this. |
