| I got copytodvd a while ago I have version 3.0.20.35 I wanted to upgrade to the newest version can I do this for free, or do I have have to re=purchase the program? |

| As far as I know, you can upgrade for free until it reaches v4.x - but you should definately be able to upgrade for free from v3.0.20.35 to the current (latest) version. |

| I just downloaded the newest version, but it said that the key was invalid is there any way to validate or get a new .reg file? |

| VSO works on yearly updates, not by version, so if you purchased version 3 over a year ago then yes you need to purchase a new license, if you purchased it less than a year ago, then shoot an email to support@vso-software.fr, give as much of your purchase detail as possible, make sure you include the email you used at time of purchase. |
