Well, trying to burn a multisession DVD - first file written correctly, trying to add some - nada, says not enough space. OK, maybe I need a project created - tried that, same effect (as in "no pal, you will not manage a multisession DVD no matter what") Sad Does not seem to work with CD-Rs either - that is it appears to be writing to disk but nothing appear on it under Explorer (JVC 700MB CD-R).

Make sure you go into the settings and then check the multi-session tab, make sure you have the boxes ticked to do multi-session.

Well - after a few coasters I managed to get it working. All the boxes are ticked as default but it does not seem to be doing anything until you actually tick and un-tick and tick again and... Rather annoying Sad Thank goodness the blanks are so cheap...

I have a similar problem. Does multisession recording not work with re-writable DVD media? Even though the "multisesion" box is checked the software says "Cannot write to re-writable media without erasing". I am therefore not able to transfer data from hard drive in multisessions.

Hi, On the VSO website their is a tutorial that goes over re-writable media. I would give it a look and if your problem is still not resolved write back with more information on what you tried. Here is the link: http://www.vso-software.fr/tutorial.htm claire

Went to the link and it simply mentioned that multisession box be checked and also uncheck box "erase files before writing". Still wont work with DVD+RW media Im using. 2 discs have been lost so far. Once it writes the first session disc properties in explorer show its full although it isnt.

multissession is not supported on DVD RW media. it is not in the "normal" spec. there is no solution at this time.
