| hi can someone please help i copied to a disc and ive now wasted 3 dvd+r's because it is not recording the voices to it..it has 20th century fox sounds and background music..this is trial version i need it to play sound of voices..im impressed by it but this annoying wasting these discs..plz help..this is trial version..i might buy full version when it comes down because im too poor.thx. |

| Hi there, Please read the FAQ. Without a full conversion and burn logs, it's real hard to see what is going on ! Provide us those logs please. |

I turned it off and i dont have a log saver thing...but next time i try it i will post em..and i was wondering if i could try the full version for like a 1 copy trial? i wanna see what its like before buying..thx. |

| Hi koryan and welcome to our forums. The trial should work fine on compatiable files but the odd one slips through. Do you still have this file at hand? It is is not working well I'm sure the development team would be very interested in a log file of the conversion process. |

| Hi koryan, You probably turned the log view off in the ConvertX window. The log that Tabby requested should still be on your hard drive. Read the FAQ topic for its name and location (highlighted in red). Find the part covering your session(s) for both the conversion and the burn of the problem run, then copy it and paste into your next post. |
