Wierd problem with episodes on edited dvd

I am trying to remove unwanted video from a DVD series and I am getting some weird results. Each DVD has 4 episodes from the series on it.

After I remove the intro video's (trailers, etc) and export the DVD all seems fine. However when I view the DVD in a media player on my computer (or standalone DVD) the weirdest thing happens.

The first three episodes play fine on there, however the fourth (and last) episode plays without any sound. I am also unable to execute any DVD commands (like next track, change subtitle, etc). My DVD display also displays no time run information etc.
But that isn’t all, if I use the play all feature (instead of selecting each episode individual) which is present on the DVD, the fourth (last) episode plays fine WITH sounds and everything else is working fine too then.

I also tried to burn the image without altering it with DvDRemake and it then works fine. So the problem has something to do with DVDRemake.

I am only hiding trailers that come in front of the DVD menu (and they are removed just fine). After altering I export the project / DVD and burn it with Nero Burning Rom.

Does anyone have any suggestions other then burning the DVD's unaltered (I hate trailers and warning message)?
