Normalize audio, PAL to NTSC conversion

1) A way to normalize audio throughout the DVD project. Hate when the menu sound blasts my living room while the movie itself plays at a lower level.
2) One step conversion from PAL to NSTC keeping menu structure. Nobody else has that so this would be a biggie.

Don't know if these are doable, but they'd be awesome! Thanx!

1. Probably not matching the theme of DvdReMake Pro. Who knows, maybe v5 or 6?
2. Easier to get a multi-region dvd player.
